While every effort has been made to ensure that the material on FederalRegister.gov is accurately displayed, consistent with the official SGML-based PDF version on govinfo.gov, those relying on it for legal research should verify their results against an official edition of the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.

Incident: Tropical Storm Arthur.

Incident Period: June 17, 2026 through June 18, 2026.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: August 31, 2026.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: March 30, 2027.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of Louisiana, dated June 30, 2026, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Parishes (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Lafourche, Pointe Coupee.
Contiguous Parishes (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Louisiana: Iberville, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, West Baton Rouge.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
