This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed on behalf of Larko Communications, Inc. requesting the allotment of Channel 252A to Culver, Indiana, as that community's first local aural transmission service. Comments must be filed on or before April 17, 2000, and reply comments on or before May 2, 2000.
