Take notice that on January 2, 2009, Gary D. Foresee submitted for filing, an application for authority to hold interlocking positions, pursuant to section 305(b) of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 825d(b)(2008), Part 45 of Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 18 CFR Part 45 (2008), and Commission Order No. 664 (2005).
