Notice of meeting.
The Lassen County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Susanville, CA. The RAC is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (the Act) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the RAC is to improve collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with the Act. The meeting will be held on August 31, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The meeting is open to the public. The agenda will include time for people to make oral statements in support of their projects. Individuals wishing to make an oral statement should request in writing by August 25, 2017, to be scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who would like to bring related matters to the attention of the RAC may file written statements with the RAC staff before or after the meeting.
