Updates to PKCS7Sign tool

Today, the General Services Administration (GSA) released updates to their PKCS7Sign tool. The tool allows federal agencies to leverage the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates on many Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards. The update to the tool adds an unpack feature, allowing agency users to open digitally-signed files. All versions of the tool are available at http://www.idmanagement.gov/gsa-pkcs7-signing-tool.

There are 5 different versions of the signing tool.

PC (32-bit) Version:
1. GSA Signing Tool with Java Bundled
2. GSA Signing Tool without Java Bundled (relies on the Java installed on the system which must be at least 32-bit version 1.8.0)

PC (64-bit) Version:
1. GSA Signing Tool with Java Bundled
2. GSA Signing Tool without Java Bundled (relies on the Java installed on the system, which must be at least 64-bit version 1.8.0)

Mac OSX(64-bit) Version:
1. GSA Signing Tool with Java Bundled

Each different version comes with a User guide.
