International Organizations Employees Loyalty Board

The International Organizations Employees Loyalty Board was created by Executive order 10422 of January 9, 1953. The Board consisted of not less than' three impartial officers or employees of the Office of Personnel Management.'

The duty of the Board was to review cases referred to it under the provisions of EO 10422, in which the loyalty of U.S. citizens either employed or considered for employment by international organizations that's membership included the United States was in question. The Board in such cases was to make advisory determinations in such cases, under the standards set forth elsewhere in the Executive Order.
