Abstract: Local governments may submit an Application for Loan Cancellation through the Governor's Authorized Representative to the FEMA Regional Director prior to the expiration date of the loan. Operating budget means actual revenues and expenditures of the local government as published in the official financial statements of the local government.

Affected Public: Individuals or households; Business or other for-profit; Not-for-profit institutions; Farms; Federal Government; and State, Local or Tribal Government.
