AGENCY:

ACTION:

Proposed rule.

SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by Brian Costello, requesting the allotment of Channel 292A to Jenner, California, as that locality's first local aural transmission service. This proposal requires a site restriction 10.1 kilometers (6.3 miles) northwest of Jenner at coordinates are 38-30-55 NL; 123-11-45 WL.

DATES:

Comments must be filed on or before April 17, 2000, and reply comments on or before May 2, 2000.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply to this proceeding.
