Take notice that on May 22, 2000, Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) tendered for filing a Short-Term Firm Transmission Service Agreement (Agreement) establishing Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPS), as a short-term firm customer under the terms of ComEd's OATT.
ComEd requests an effective date of June 22, 1999 to coincide with the first day of service to NIPS under this type of Service Agreement.
Copies of this filing were served on NIPS.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest such filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214).
