ACTION:

Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY:

We are correcting an error in the instructions for insertion of the regulatory text of the final rule published in the Federal Register on April 17, 2000 (65 FR 20333-20337, Docket No. 98-029-2), and effective on May 2, 2000.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

June 14, 2000.
