Because it is not practicable to complete this administrative review within the time limits mandated by section 751(a)(3)(A) of Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, the Department is extending the time limit for completion of the preliminary results. In this review, the respondents will not have their audited financial statements ready until after the scheduled date for the preliminary results. Because the Department intends to incorporate the auditors' adjustments into its calculations, we have extended the deadline until October 30, 2000.Start Signature
