This prototype edition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov will remain an unofficial informational resource until the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register (ACFR) issues a regulation granting it official legal status. The OFR/GPO partnership is committed to presenting accurate and reliable regulatory information on FederalRegister.gov with the objective of establishing the XML-based Federal Register as an ACFR-sanctioned publication in the future. While every effort has been made to ensure that the material on FederalRegister.gov is accurately displayed, consistent with the official SGML-based PDF version on govinfo.gov, those relying on it for legal research should verify their results against an official edition of the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.
On Thursday, July 13, 2000, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) staff will conduct a telephone conference with representatives of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the National Marine Fisheries Service, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management, and Alabama Power Company to discuss the Application for Non-Capacity Amendment of Project License for the Holt Project, FERC Docket No. 2203-007. The Commission staff will initiate the telephone conference. The telephone conference will begin at 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (1 p.m. Central Daylight Time).
The telephone conference will be conducted according to the procedures used at Commission meetings. Meeting minutes will be taken, which will be distributed to interested parties and placed in the Commission's public files for the proceeding.
