Texas Gas states that this filing reflects the termination of the Docket No. RP97-344 Miscellaneous Revenue Credit originally filed in compliance with Article III of Texas Gas's Start Printed Page 43316Stipulation and Agreement in Docket No. RP97-344. The termination of the Docket No. RP97-344 Revenue Credit increases the daily demand rates for Rate Schedules NNS, SNS, and FT by $0.0010 and increases SGT rates by $0.0020.
Texas Gas states that copies of the revised tariff sheets are being mailed to Texas Gas's jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions.
