The deadline to commence project construction for FERC Project No. 3701 would be extended to May 31, 2003. The deadline for completion of construction would be extended to May 31, 2005. The licensee's request is filed pursuant to sections 4.200(c) and 4.202(a) of the Commission's regulations..
