Description of Project: Grand River Dam Authority, licensee for the Pensacola Project, requests approval to grant permission to Southwinds Marina to dredge approximately 19,444 cubic yards of material to increase water depth for future installation of boat slips. The proposed project is on Grand Lake in Section 35, Township 25 North, Range 22 East, Delaware County.
