The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary publishes a list of information collections it has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35) and 5 CFR 1320.5. The following are those information collections recently submitted to OMB.
1. Self-Evaluation and Recordkeeping Required by the Regulation Implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (45 CFR Part 84)—Extension—0990-0124—Recipients of DHHS funds must conduct a single-time evaluation of their policies and practices for compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Recipients with 15 or more employees must maintain records of their self-evaluation for three years. Respondents: State or local governments, business or other for-profit, non-profit institutions; Annual Number of Respondents: 2,600; Frequency of Response: one-time; Average Burden per Response: 16 hours; Total Burden: 41,600.
