k. Description of Amendment: City of Batesville proposes to install one 3.9 megawatt (MW) vertical Kaplan turbine instead of a 6.755 MW horizontal Kaplan turbine. This will reduce the design flow from 7,140 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 3,163 cfs.
