ACTION:

Proposed rule.

SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition filed by Katherine Pyeatt proposing the allotment of Channel 227A at Buffalo Gap, Texas, as that community's first local FM service. The coordinates for Channel 227A at Buffalo Gap are 32-16-55 and 99-53-54. There is a site restriction 6.5 kilometers (4.03 miles) west of the community.

DATES:

Comments must be filed on or before October 22, 2001, and reply comments on or before November 11, 2001.
