Take notice that on September 7, 2001, Mid Louisiana Gas Company (Mid Louisiana) and Enbridge Pipelines (Midla) Inc. (Midla) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1 and Second Revised Volume No. 2 to reflect a corporate name change to become effective on October 1, 2001. A complete listing of the tariff sheets filed are shown on Appendix A, to the filng.
Mid Louisiana and Midla state that copies of its transmittal letter and appendices have been mailed to all affected customers and interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
