Take notice that on September 30, 2002, High Island Offshore System, L.L.C. (HIOS) tendered for filing a Negotiated Rate Arrangement with BP Exploration and Production, Inc. (BP). HIOS requests that the Commission approve the Negotiated Rate Arrangement effective October 1, 2002.
HIOS states that the filed Negotiated Rate Arrangement reflects negotiated rates between HIOS and BP for transportation under Rate Schedule FT-2 beginning October 1, 2002.
