Take notice that on April 30, 2003, Canyon Creek Compression Company (Canyon) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Ninth Revised Sheet No. 6 and Original Sheet No. 6A, to be effective June 1, 2003.
Canyon states that the purpose of this filing is to make a periodic adjustment in Canyon's rates under its cost-of-service tracking mechanism. This filing represents the first tracking filing under section 37 of the General Terms and Conditions of Canyon's Tariff.
Canyon states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its customers and state regulatory agencies.
