This action is directed to the public in general. EPA has issued the following EUP:
264-EUP-140. Issuance. Bayer CropScience LP, 2 T. W. Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709. This EUP allows the use of 0.071 pounds (32 grams) of the insecticide Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1Ab protein and the genetic material necessary for its production on 370 acres of Events T303-3 and T304-40 cotton plants to evaluate the control of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa zea) and tobacco budworm (Heliothis virescens). The program is authorized only in the States of Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, and Texas.
