The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following agreements under the Shipping Act of 1984. Interested parties may submit comments on an agreement to the Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission, Washington, DC 20573, within ten days of the date this notice appears in the Federal Register. Title: New Zealand/United States Container Lines Association.

Parties: Hamburg-Sud and Hapag-Lloyd AG.

Synopsis: The agreement would authorize the parties to establish a joint service to provide a breakbulk liner service between the U.S. Gulf and East Coasts, and the Caribbean, the East Coast of Mexico, the East Coast of Central America, and the North Coast of South America. Title: UMS and PHA Marine Terminal Agreement.

Parties: Port of Houston Authority of Harris County, TX, and Universal Maritime Service Corporation.
