Description of Request: Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC is seeking Commission approval to lease 2.86 acres of project lands on Lake Rhodhiss in Burke County to Paradise Harbor, LLC for the construction of a commercial/residential marina which would consist of two leased areas with thirteen cluster docks and 171 boat docking locations.
