The property is located in the South 35ft. of Section 16, Township 55 South, Range 39 East, Miami-Dade County, Florida; less the West 185ft. thereof and the South 35ft. of the West 1/4 of Section 15, Township 55 South, Range 39 East, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
