72821-EUP-1. Extension. BHN Research, 16750 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135. This EUP allows the use of 0.306 pounds of the plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis subsp kurstaki Cry1A(c) in tomatoes on 500 acres of tomatoes. The program is authorized only in the States of California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Puerto Rico, and Virginia. The EUP is effective from April 20, 2006 to April 20, 2007.
