Start Preamble July 10, 2007.

Take notice that on July 5, 2007, Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Seventh Revised Volume No. 1, substitute revised tariff sheets, as listed on Appendix B to the filing, to become effective August 1, 2007.

Texas Eastern states that these substitute revised tariff sheets are being filed in substitution for those corresponding tariff sheets filed on June 29, 2007 as a part of Texas Eastern's semi-annual Electric Power Cost tracking filing to be effective August 1, 2007, in order to correct an inadvertency which occurred in the preparation of the originally filed tariff sheets.
