The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a collection of information notice in the Federal Register on June 12, 2008, that contained an error. The notice incorrectly stated that the “Veterans Health Administration” had submitted a collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. This document corrects the error to reflect that the “Veterans Benefits Administration” submitted the collection of information to OMB for review and comment.Start Further Info

In FR Doc. E8-13245, published on June 12, 2008, at 73 FR 33497, make the following correction.
