Take notice that on October 20, 2008, PSEG Energy Resources & Trade LLC filed an informational filing of a memorandum of accounts of annual increases to FERC Account No. 108, Accumulated Provision for Depreciation of Electric Utility Plant using imputed depreciation rates as set forth in Appendix B of the September 23, 2005, Stipulation and Agreement, Article II, and accepted by the Commission's Order issued November 28, 2005, PSEG Energy Resources & Trade LLC et al., 113 FERC 61,213 (2005).
Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
