The Commission has before it a petition for rulemaking filed by Gray Television Licensee, LLC (“Gray”), the licensee of station KKTV(TV), DTV channel 10, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Gray requests the substitution of DTV channel 49 for channel 10 at Colorado Springs.
Comments must be filed on or before July 23, 2009, and reply comments on or before August 3, 2009.
