The purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and participation in, this aspect of FAA's regulatory activities. Description of Relief Sought: The petitioner requests relief from the requirement that an airplane be capable of continued safe flight and landing, following a dual hydraulic-system failure or any single failure in combination with a probable hydraulic failure. The relief sought would apply to the petitioner's Dassault Falcon 900 airplanes equipped with Aviation Partners, Inc. blended winglets.End Further Info End Preamble
