Title: International Council of Containership Operators.

Title: MOL/ELJSA Slot Exchange Agreement.

Parties: Evergreen Line Joint Service Agreement and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd.

Synopsis: The agreement authorizes the parties to exchange space in the trade from Thailand and Vietnam to U.S. West Coast ports. The parties request expedited review.
