The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal.
The information collection is submitted by homeowners and is used by HUD to identify the items of complaint in order to help the homeowner obtain correction. The information is also used to identify builders not conforming to applicable standard and to determine eligibility for financial assistance.
