Title of Proposal: Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Counseling Client Survey.
OMB Control Number, if applicable: 2502-0585.
Description of the need for the information and proposed use: As a condition of eligibility to receive a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), consumers must participate in reverse mortgage counseling.
