SUMMARY:

The Carol M. White Physical Education Program (PEP) is authorized by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended. The U.S. Department of Education (ED) is interested in gaining a thorough understanding of what PEP projects experience related to two new program competitive preference priorities: The establishment of official partnerships and the collection and use of Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements.
