f. Location: The project is located on the Saluda River in Lexington, Newberry, Richland, and Saluda counties, South Carolina. The proposed action would occur on Lake Murray in Lexington County, South Carolina.

Description of Application: South Carolina Electric and Gas Company proposes to permit Lake Murray Docks, Inc./Windward Point Yacht Club to use project waters to expand an existing boat dock facility through the addition of an 8-slip floating dock to accommodate a maximum of 12 additional boats. The proposed new structures would be for the private use of members of the Windward Point Yacht Club. The new work would consist of attaching the proposed addition to the existing floating facility.
