Take notice that on November 12, 2013, pursuant to sections 206 of the Rules of Practice and Procedures of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), 18 CFR 385.206, Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (Chevron or Complainant), filed a complaint against Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC (KMLP or Respondent), alleging that KMLP violated its tariff, Commission policy, and contractual obligations.Start Printed Page 69660
Chevron certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts for KMLP as listed on the Commission's list of Corporate Officials in accordance with Rule 206(c), 18 CFR 385.206(c).
