Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.

At the meeting, the Board will be voting on the issuance of its report on the surveillance program operated pursuant to Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act and the operations of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
