Description of Request: El Dorado Irrigation District proposes to amend the exemption to reduce the number of authorized generating units from three to two, and reduce the installed capacity from 590 kilowatts to 420 kilowatts. Due to the reduction in units, El Dorado also proposes to reduce the size of the powerhouse and project boundary.
