Pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App. 2), we are giving notice of a meeting of the ARAC taking place on December 18, 2014, at the Federal Aviation Administration, 800 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20591.
The Agenda includes:
1. Request for Clarification:
a. Avionics Systems Harmonization Working Group (TAE)—Phase 2 Low Airspeed Alerting.
2. Status Reports From Active Working Groups:
a. AC 120-17A Maintenance Control by Reliability Methods (ARAC).
b. Airman Certification Systems Working Group (ARAC).
c. Airworthiness Assurance Working Group (TAE).
d. Engine Harmonization Working Group (TAE).
i. Engine Bird Ingestion.
ii. Engine Endurance Testing Requirements—Revision of Section 33.87.
e. Flight Test Harmonization Working Group (TAE)—Phase 2 Tasking.
3. New Tasks:
a. Transport Airplane Damage-Tolerance and Fatigue Evaluation (TAE).

Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to the space available.
