The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden; it includes the actual data collection instrument.
Comments must be submitted on or before February 13, 2015.

The data collected is used to determine an applicant's eligibility for work-study allowance and the amount payable.

The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 79 FR 62712, October 20, 2014.
