Abstract: Individual's seeking appointment as a fiduciary of VA beneficiaries complete VA Form 21-0792. VA uses the data collected to determine the individual's qualification as a fiduciary and to inquire about his or her credit and criminal background.
An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 79 FR 51652, August 29, 2014.
