ACTION:

Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY:

The Securities and Exchange Commission Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies is providing notice that it will hold an open, public telephone meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, beginning at 2:00 p.m. EST. Members of the public may attend the meeting by listening to the webcast accessible on the Commission's Web site at www.sec.gov. Persons needing special accommodations to access the meeting because of a disability should notify the contact person listed below. The agenda for the meeting includes consideration of recommendations to the Commission regarding the definition of “accredited Start Printed Page 5593investor.” The public is invited to submit written statements for the meeting, including any comments.

DATES:

The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Written statements should be received on or before Friday, February 13, 2015.
