The Deputy Designated Federal Officer is empowered to conduct the meeting in a fashion that will facilitate the orderly conduct of business. Publishing this notice less than 15 day is due to unforeseen administrative procedures during the transition. This meeting will allow the public and the Board to hear critical information related to the board's work and needs to be conveyed in a timely manner.
