Executive Order 13777, Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda, Section 3, paragraph (d)(ii), states in part, the Regulatory Reform Task Force shall attempt to identify regulations that are outdated, unnecessary, or ineffective. GSA has conducted a thorough review of all FTR bulletins on the FTR Travel/Per Diem Bulletins website (policy-regulations/regulations/federal-travel-regulation/federal-travel-regulation-and-related-files#TravelPerDiemBulletins) and determined that some of the Bulletins contain outdated, duplicative, expired, or inapplicable content.
