The OFR/GPO partnership is committed to presenting accurate and reliable regulatory information on FederalRegister.gov with the objective of establishing the XML-based Federal Register as an ACFR-sanctioned publication in the future. While every effort has been made to ensure that the material on FederalRegister.gov is accurately displayed, consistent with the official SGML-based PDF version on govinfo.gov, those relying on it for legal research should verify their results against an official edition of the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.
Susquehanna River Basin Commission.
Notice.
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will conduct its regular business meeting on September 18, 2020, from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Details concerning the matters to be addressed at the business meeting are contained in the Supplementary Information section of this notice. Also the Commission published a document in the Federal Register on July 17, 2020, concerning its public hearing on August 13, 2020, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The meeting will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020, at 9 a.m.
The meeting will be conducted telephonically from the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, 4423 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

The business meeting will include actions or presentations on the following items: (1) Adoption of a general permit; (2) rescission of two policies; (3) Resolution 2020-06 considering modifications to the Commission's Fiscal Year 2021 ( printed page 51142) Budget; (4) adoption of the Commission's Fiscal Year 2022 Budget; (5) Resolution 2020-08 adopting the proposed water resources program for FY2019-2021; (6) ratification/approval of contracts/grants; (7) Resolution 2020-09 adopting amendments to Comprehensive Plan for the Water Resources of the Susquehanna River Basin; (8) two resolutions providing for emergency certificate extensions; (9) a report on delegated settlements; and (10) Regulatory Program projects.
This agenda is complete at the time of issuance, but other items may be added, and some stricken without further notice. The listing of an item on the agenda does not necessarily mean that the Commission will take final action on it at this meeting. When the Commission does take final action, notice of these actions will be published in the Federal Register after the meeting. Any actions specific to projects will also be provided in writing directly to project sponsors.
Due to the COVID-19 orders, the meeting will be conducted telephonically and there will be no physical public attendance. Such comments are due to the Commission on or before September 16, 2020. Comments will not be accepted at the business meeting noticed herein.
