Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.

Additional Information: By a vote of 5-0 on January 13 and 14, 2021, the Commission determined pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(e)(1) and 10 CFR 9.107 of the Commission's rules that the above referenced Affirmation Session be held with less than one week notice to the public. The meeting will be held on January 15, 2021. Due to COVID-19, there will be no physical public attendance. The public is invited to attend the Commission's meeting live via teleconference.
